Ballantrae Shop intends to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
If for any reason the customer is not happy with the order, or in the unfortunate event in which were delivered products do not comply with the requirements under Art. 64 of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005, the customer has the right to terminate the contract and without necessarily the reason within the term of Fourteen
 (14) working days from the date of receipt of goods.


Conditions for the acceptance of the return
Leaders must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any sign of wear or
damage. All head must be returned with all labels, packaging and accessories (dustbags, garment covers, hangers, etc ..) received with the order.
All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered in all respects an integral part of the product itself and that must not have been in any way damaged and/or altered.

Ballantrae Shop reserves the right to refuse the return of those products that do not meet the requirements.

Communication to exercise the right of withdrawal
The customer can exercise the right of withdrawal by sending a written communication to Ballantrae Shop through our Contact Us form

- The order number for which they will exercise the right of withdrawal

Replacing the boss bought
In case of replacement for change Size/Age-Measure the Customer must send written notice to Ballantrae Shop through our form Contact us indicating:

- Surname
- The order number for which they will exercise the change
- Specify Size/Age-Fit

In the event that the customer should ask for exchange-size extent of the goods purchased, the cost of shipping the return of the asset are charged to the customer. This possibility is granted to the customer provided that the new asset required is the same model as the one that you intend to return. Subject to availability of the goods required for the change of size-fit, after having actually received the returned goods by the customer, will provide the goods in sizes-measurements indicated no additional burden of shipping costs for the customer. Any confirmation of the availability of the size/age-measurement request, communicated to the customer at the time of the request for change, does not guarantee that at the time of actual receipt of returned goods at the headquarters of Ballantrae Shop, the new size-fit yet Available: in case of non-availability, the customer will be able to communicate in Ballantrae Shop its intention to withdraw from the purchase.

Refund
If you intend to withdraw from a purchase by requesting the refund of the amount paid, on receipt of the goods back, Ballantrae Shop will credit the full cost incurred by the customer.

Refund of repayment
Having ascertained that the integrity of goods, it will refund the amount paid within three (3) working days in the manner agreed upon during the return request. The refund will be paid in the same method of payment which occurred during purchase,

You can not control this process by Ballantrae Shop

1. Refund Credit/Rechargeable: after successful charging the time to display the refund depends on the institution that issued the credit card.

2. Reimbursement via PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible.

3.Refund by bank transfer: the chargeback may be visible on the bank account of the customer up to 30 (thirty) days from the date of repayment.

Ballantrae Shop will send an e-mail notification once the refund.

Ballantrae Shop will refund the price of the asset for which the customer has exercised his right of withdrawal, keeping back the amount of shipping charges incurred by the customer when ordering.
